No, dumpsters are for approved waste materials only. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, tires, paint, oils, and flammable or toxic materials.

Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight limit. Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges of $110 per ton. Dumpsters must not be filled above the top rail. Overloaded containers will not be serviced until contents are properly leveled.

Standard rental period is 14 days. Additional daily fees may apply for rentals exceeding this timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For customers located more than 20 miles from our lot (7457 Shipley Ave., Harmans, MD 21077), we charge a one-time initial delivery fee of $100. Swap containers don’t get charged a delivery fee.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper placement. Gunther Waste Solutions is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, or underground utilities.
Permits: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits if the dumpster is placed on a public street or right-of-way.
Accessibility: The dumpster must be accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If blocked or inaccessible, a trip fee may be charged.

Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees if not made with adequate notice.
Gunther Waste Solutions also reserves the right to refuse service or remove any dumpster containing prohibited materials or used in an unsafe or improper manner.
